The purpose of this Agreement is to provide services to Client. The Agreement specifically incorporates the Terms and Conditions set forth below. <\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Sc<\/strong><strong>ope of Services. Soulful Serenity 716, LLC provide the services selected by client from the List of Services.<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Pricing.\u00a0 The pricing for the services varies based on which services have been selected by Client and are outlined in the List of Services.\u00a0<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Cancellation Policy. Client agrees to provide 24 hours\u2019 notice of cancellation to any booking. Client agrees to provide notice of cancellation by phone call, voicemail, text message and\/or email. Failure of Client to notify Soulful Serenity 716, LLC of cancellation and\/or to show up for scheduled session could result in a $25 nonrefundable fee and removal from client list.<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Liability. Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Soulful Serenity 716, LLC for all damage caused by Soulful Serenity 716, LLC, either directly or indirectly, in performance of the Service Agreement.\u00a0 Soulful Serenity 716, LLC is not liable to Client or to any third-party for any personal injury to or death of a participant in equine activities because of the inherent risks of equine activities.\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Consent and Release. For Animal Owner Clients: Client acknowledges and agrees to abide by the Reiki Practitioner\u2019s Consent and Release Agreement. The Reiki Practitioner\u2019s Consent and Release Agreement conditions are expressly incorporated into this Agreement.\u00a0<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p><strong>Acceptance of Terms. \u00a0The Client has read, understands, and agrees to these terms and conditions. The above specifications and conditions are satisfactory and accepted.\u00a0 Party Entertainment Service is authorized to perform the work as specified.\u00a0 Payment will be made as stated.\u00a0 It is understood and agreed that the work identified in this Agreement is not duplicated under any other agreement and that no changes will be made to this Agreement unless agreed to and approved in writing by both parties. Finally, no contractual rights arise until this Agreement is approved by both parties in writing.<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Entire Agreement.\u00a0 This agreement represents the entire agreement between the Parties.
