In this sacred gathering, we will honor the ancient tradition of cacao as a medicine of the heart.

The ceremony will include:

  • A quick demonstration on how to make your own cacao drink
  • A meditation sound bath to connect with the energy of the new moon
  • Intention setting and manifestation practices for the upcoming lunar cycle
  • A sharing circle to connect with the group and honor our collective energy

What to bring:

  • An open heart and an open mind
  • Comfortable clothing for sitting and moving
  • Yoga Mat
  • Blanket and/or bolster
  • Cacao (discs or powder)
  • Liquid of your choice:  Milk or water
  • Sweetener of your choice:  Honey, Maple Syrup, Monk Fruit, Stevia, Pure Cane Sugar
  • Cayenne pepper (optional)
